Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, trade, service area, country and your description of the work you want. We use these details to respond to you and to carry out the service you request.
Business information we research
Our service involves researching businesses that may need your trade. We work from publicly available business information — for example company websites, public business directories and publicly listed contact routes such as a general enquiries address or contact form. We do not attempt to build profiles of private individuals, and we do not sell personal data.
Your responsibility for outreach
If you contact the businesses on a list we prepare, you are the sender. You are responsible for using the information lawfully in your own jurisdiction, including any rules on business-to-business marketing, consent, record keeping and unsubscribe handling. We can share practical guidance, but we do not claim that any list or message is automatically compliant with the law that applies to you.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time by emailing hello@gettradeclients.com.
Third parties
We use ordinary business tools such as email and website hosting to run this service. Those providers process information on our behalf so we can reply to you and deliver what you ordered.
