These terms describe what we do and what we do not promise. They are not legal advice.
What the service is
We research businesses in a stated trade and service area that may have a use for your work, and we present them as a prospect list. Depending on the package, we may also prepare introduction and follow-up copy and give guidance on running the outreach yourself.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee replies, meetings, quotes or jobs. We do not guarantee that every business on a list is currently looking for your trade, or that every contact route stays valid. Buying a list is a starting point for your own outreach, not a sale.
Source of information
Lists are compiled from publicly available business information at the time of research, such as company websites and public directories. Information can change or be incomplete. Where a source is available, we include it so you can check it yourself.
Your obligations
You are responsible for how you use the information we supply. That includes complying with the marketing, privacy and electronic communication rules that apply in your own jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the businesses you contact, and for the content of any message you send. We do not claim that our service makes your outreach lawful.
Delivery and coverage
We work in selected markets. If we do not believe we can produce a useful list for your country or area, we will tell you and will not take the order. Delivery timing is confirmed with you per order.
Payment and changes
Prices are shown per package on the homepage. If the scope of a request changes, we will agree the change with you before doing the work.
